Hemmings & Stevens, PLLC was founded in 2005 by attorneys Aaron C. Hemmings and Kelly A. Stevens. After working in large law firms for years, they realized that a smaller firm with a focus on personal attention to each client was simply a better way of effectively and successfully represent an injured person. Aaron and Kelly bring over 30 years of combined experience in representing injured clients and clients who have been mistreated by their own insurance company. The primary focus of the law firm is the representation of persons who have been injured on the job, suffered a personal injury due to the negligence of others, or have had an insurance claim wrongfully denied. The firm maintains offices at 5540 McNeely Drive, Ste. 202 in Raleigh, NC.
The firm represents workers compensation clients statewide in North Carolina and is also routinely contacted and hired by law firms from other states to act as local co-counsel regarding workers’ compensation, personal injury and insurance claim cases the state. The firm has appeared before the North Carolina Supreme Court, the North Carolina Court of Appeals as well as Trial Courts and the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Aaron and Kelly are also members of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, North Carolina Bar Association and Wake County Bar Association.
